Q: Do you charge Commission?
A: No. We charge a flat fee to display your vehicle on our lot.
Q:

Do you show the vehicle for the seller?

A: Yes! Buyers will be able to evaluate your vehicle, inside and out, without you having to ever lift a finger.
Q: Do you need to set an appointment to see a vehicle?
A: No. We will open any vehicle for you during our hours of operation.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Monday - Saturday 10-6
Q: Do you conduct the test drive?
A: Not at this time. We will, however, help you facilitate the test drive with your authorization by getting a test drive agreement form signed by the shopper.
Q: Do you insure the vehicles on your lot?
A:

No. You must have insurance on your vehicle before parking.

Q: Do you advertise the vehicles for sale?
A: Yes. You can purchase advertising through us on cars.com and the News & Observer. Soon we will have every vehicle posted on parkandsellmotors.com.
Q: Do you help buyers with financing?
A: Yes. Although we don't have on lot financing we have several contacts in the community that have expressed a desire to help our customers get the loans they need.
Q: Do you have notary services available?
A:

Yes. We have a notary on site.

Q: Do you have all the necessary forms needed to satisfy DMV requirements?
A: Yes.

Q: Are service contracts available on the cars on your lot?
A: The answer is most cars qualify and yes they are available on site!

Q: How many buyers on average shop your lot?
A: We average about 250 shoppers a week.
Q: How long does it take for the average vehicle to sell?
A: There are three major factors that determine a vehicles demand. The type, make and model, the condition and mileage, and the price. Some types of vehicles take longer to sell than others (ie. boats & RV's). Clean vehicles sale faster and for more money. Check out our Detail & Sell section for help in making your vehicle really shine! Also, the higher you set the price the longer it takes to find a buyer. Since you control the price, we cannot guarantee the timing of the sale.
Q: I don't have time to shop. Do you have a wish list?
A: Yes. It's called Request & Notify. You make your request and we will notify you when it parks on one of our lots.
Q: Do you help sellers set the price?
A: We will give you our professional advice, but you set the price.
