The first question most people ask is, "Do you charge
commission?" The answer is No! This creates a win/win/win scenario.
Buyers win because we don't infate the selling price of any vehicle at all. They also enjoy a no commission, absolutely no sales pressure atmosphere. The largest collection of "For Sale by Owner" vehicles on one lot where they get served, not sold?! No wonder buyers love to shop at Park & Sell Motors!
Sellers win because they keep all the money when a vehicle sells (on avg. about $2000-$3000 more than trade-in). They also win because buyers are constantly shopping our inventory. We average between 250-300 shoppers a week. This creates a turnover rate of between 30-40% a week. Sellers also win because we take the hassle out of the selling process. It truly is the easiest way to sell your own vehicle and all for about the same price as you would normally pay for a 3 line ad in the local newspaper.
